Mobilization / Sourcing

Measures would be taken care through various events organized at places of community youth, where youths may gather, which will explore the awareness of training principles and employability potential assessment outcome. Ultimately target groups would motivate for participation in respective programme.

Mobalization would be done by our own organization with the help of the mobIlization team. Our team approches Sarpanch and Sachivs of Village and briefs them about the project programme, with the help of them all students and parents are collected and called at one location and the detail project is explained to students and parents collectively, after explaining the project a survey and registration form is filled from all students who wishes to join the course, after examining the forms we do screening of students and then after knowing their interest in trade we shortlist them for the course.

We double ensure that those students registering with us must join a job for which we take and undertaking from students and parents .We select 10% extra students while starting the batch, batchs are freesed after six days from start date and final list is prepared who are really interested in joing training and take up jobs.


Training Curriculum

  • Adopt survey method and collect the data of target groups and will prepare the statistical details for selection of youths.
  • Preparation of action plan and pert chart of implementation periodicals.
  • Creation of necessary group of team for implementation.
  • Calling applications on the basis of survey statistical data and scrutinized the applications for selection process.
  • Selection of beneficiaries through selection committee constituted by department.
  • Commencement of training programme as per the project scheme.
  • Placement and Handholding (Employment/self employment)



Project Activities

Contact with the candidates will be maintained after the placements. We have a dedicated team who is in regular touch with employee and employer. We collect salary slip from students/employer each month which is a proof with us of tracking. These slips are submitted to departments for their record. Regular tracking is done by our team, if any student leaves the job then he/she is again placed by placement team.

Efforts would be made to identify gap (if any) and special short trainings may be organized for candidates to fill those gaps and facilitate career growth. At the same time candidates willing to pursue higher studies would be counseled and helped in doing so.

2. Implemented SGSY Scheme for Technopak Advisor Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi at Assam, West Bengal and Bihar training 1800 students in the filed of Apparel Making and Jute Making.

  • Working with Labournet Pvt. Ltd. In Himachal Pradesh for around 5000 no's in 8 districts in the mentioned Sectors (IT/ITes, Construction, Plumbing, BFSI, Power, Electronics and hardware and Automotive).
  • Working with Labournet Pvt. Ltd. In Haryana for around 2000 no's in 3 districts in the mentioned Sectors (Construction, Automotive, Agriculture and Tourism and Hospitaity).
  • Working as TP under PMGDISHA in Maharashtra State having 400 TC under which we had registered 20000+ students out of which 11,000 are successfully trainer and certified till date.
  • Working as TP under PMKVY 2.0.
  • Working with HLFPPT for PWD project in 6 states having a annual target of 1800 no’s in 4 sectors(BFSI, Electronics and hardware, IT-Ites and Beauty and wellness).

CSR project

  • Working on CSR project with Labournet Pvt. Ltd. in Pune (Rajnangaon and Karegaon) for Beauty and wellness and Tailoring sector.
  • Working on CSR project with Labournet Pvt. Ltd. In Nagpur for Healthcare sector (GDA).
